If you or someone else is experiencing a psychiatric crisis and want help you can contact the following three 24-hour crisis services in Toronto at no charge.

- Continuum of services include mobile crisis intervention
- support available in the consumer's home or at meeting place of their choice
- telephone access and support available to family members, significant others, caregivers
