Personal & Court Approved Anger Management

Ten Session Program

The anger management is structured as follows (please note sessions may vary based on individual needs and requirements, and can be structured to incorporate domestic violence 14-16 sessions):

Each one hour session is one-one-one with one of our Masters level therapists. Once the sessions are complete, a Letter of Completion will be provided for court or personal purposes.

Corporate/Workplace Stress & Anger Management

Our corporate/workplace stress & anger management program is ideal for employees who need a workplace anger management class as part of a preventative skills training or as a requirement of a disciplinary action.

Our anger management programs are available to the employee at all of our locations. This program can be taken on-site via online or telephone counselling, or off-site at the employees’ discretion.

We offer two distinct anger management programs, an 8 session program and a 12 session program. The 12 session program contains the same concepts as the 8 session program, but has more detail, and requires greater comprehension. The 8 session program is recommeded for preventative skills training, and the 12 session program is recommeded for disciplinary action

Each one hour session is one-one-one with one of our Masters Level therapists. Once the employee finishes the course, a Letter of Completion will be provided to the employer.
