Clinical Director, CLINICAL SUPERVISOR, psychotherapist

Dharshini Chanderbhan, MA, RP

Locations Served: Ontario and Canada - Video/Phone only, Taking on New Clients and Supervisees

I enjoy working with people to achieve a sense of overall fulfillment. Using warm and encouraging support, I work together with clients to help them rediscover their confidence, find life balance and enjoy every aspect of their lives. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and that using an integrated approach is often ideal to maintain long term success.

I have worked with individuals and couples, and my experience and interest includes working with women and men suffering from abuse and trauma, men and women with anger management issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress management, post-traumatic stress, marital issues, and relationship issues. Cultural awareness is important in building a therapeutic relationship with my clients, and I have had training in cultural sensitivity and experience working with culturally diverse groups. We are an inclusive practice, and a safe, anti-oppressive space for BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ individuals.

In addition to my clinical pursuits, I have a passion for promotion overall mental health and wellness. I also supervise and train therapists, counsellors, clinicians and students in clinical practice and psychotherapeutic treatments and approaches.

I graduated with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and I am Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).

Psychotherapist

Anny Yudina, M.A, MSW, RP

Locations Served: Phone/Video
We all experience difficulties in our lives, and we all need help sometimes. Therapy is the chance to bring about the changes we want to see and grow into better versions of ourselves. My role is to create a safe environment and empower the client to facilitate those changes. I work collaboratively with my clients to establish how they envision a better life and, together, we find ways to understand and face life’s challenges in a new way. I prefer to refrain from overthinking the past and instead reframe its perception and move forward by focusing on solutions. My preferred therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently in my last year of Master of Counselling with Specialization in Counselling Psychology program. Different aspects of identities play an important role in how we experience life, and I have worked with youth and adults from various cultural backgrounds.
